Pet / Home Care

Caring pet owners know that most pets adjust better to their family’s absence and experience less anxiety and stress when they can remain in their home environment. Affinity Pet Services makes this possible with daily visits and/or overnight care in your home. In addition to meals, playtime, exercise and enriching your pets lives during our visits, we also scoop poop, clean litter boxes and cages. We can administer medications orally, by injection and subcutaneously. We care for cats, dogs, birds, fish, small & furries, horses, farm animals and reptiles.

Affinity Pet Services also provides vital home-care and house sitting services while you are away, including mail and newspaper pickup, watering and plant/garden care, curbing trash, alternating lights and opening or closing the blinds to give your home a ‘lived in’ look. Our services provide peace of mind for everyone. Visit care starting at $38 and overnight care starting at $100 per night.

Dog Walking – Starting at $38

A tired dog is a happy dog! Whether you are at work, away from home, or lead a busy lifestyle, we can help keep your dog healthy, happy and content. Walking keeps dogs physically fit and reduces behavior problems like separation anxiety, digging, chewing and barking. Just as important, walking provides mental stimulation that is essential for your dog’s emotional well-being. Affinity offers a variety of walks, responsibly.

Group/Pack Walks – $45

Some dogs just need more. We offer a variety of walking options to fit your dog’s endurance level. The trails range from gentle slopes to very steep or a combination of both. We have many trails for you to choose from in Sonoma County and we use them! We will pick up your pooch, provide a fun, positive workout and return a tired, happy dog to you.

Dog Play Dates – $45

Play Dates allow your dog to develop and maintain great social skills through active play, responsibly. We will pick up your dog and transport them to a private hosted outdoor, secure area, let them play with other social dogs for a minimum of 2 hours and deliver them back home relaxed!

Exotic Birds & Reptiles
  • Birds (parrots, canaries, parakeets, cockatiels, and more!)
  • Reptiles (lizards, snakes, turtles and more)
  • Small Mammals (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, mice, gerbils, and others)
In Home Dog Training

Positive reinforcement dog training is a friendly, non-punitive method of teaching your dog to perform behaviors using food, treats or other positive actions as a reward. Rewarding appropriate dog behavior makes that behavior more likely to occur in the future and is one of the most powerful tools you can use to shape or change your dog’s actions. It also creates stronger bonds between you and your dog. Affinity can support you and your dogs from puppy to adulthood with our In Home Dog Training. If you are interested in taking classes with your dog, we can refer you.

Horse Care In Sonoma County
Horse / Farm Care

An experienced and competent horse caretaker is invaluable.  Here at Affinity we have highly skilled horse owners and we can support your horse(s) and farm while you are away.  Farm Animal Care:  Our team is experienced caring for and handling Chickens, Goats, Pigs and more!  Horse Care Includes:  Blanketing, fly mask, turn-out, feeding & grain with supplements and light stall cleaning. Our care team can offer a quote after a discussion of the service desired.

Pet Transport

We provide door-to-door transportation when your pet needs to go to the veterinarian, kennel, groomer or most anywhere your pet needs to go…with or without you.  We service the Bay Area. We also provide airport pickup and delivery service to San Francisco and Oakland airports.

Holiday fees will be incurred on the following Holidays as follows:
  • New Year’s (both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day)
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving (both Thanksgiving Day and the day following)
  • Christmas (both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)

$15 for 1st visit, $10 for each visit thereafter per day.
$25 for overnight care.
